PaperFlow™: PaperFlow facilitates high-volume scanning and indexing and interfaces with hundreds of desktop and production-level scanners to create a departmental or corporate-wide solution. This product works as a standalone system, as an integrated part of PaperVision Enterprise or ImageSilo®, or with a variety of other document-management systems.
OCRFlow™: OCRFlow converts images into searchable text. This module integrates precise Optical Character Recognition (OCR) engines and intuitive quality-control measures to guarantee that processed text is accurately recognized — with minimal operator intervention. OCRFlow works in conjunction with PaperFlow and PaperVision Enterprise to provide text-based search capabilities so that users can find any word among an unlimited range of documents.
QCFlow™: QCFlow verifies that captured data has been scanned and indexed properly and tags problem documents for reprocessing in PaperFlow. Use it to guarantee the quality of documents manually, or run QCFlow in hands-free review mode. QCFlow includes batch-indexing search-and-replace capabilities.
PaperVision® Message Manager: Use this solution to capture email messages automatically in a secure Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system, index messages for faster retrieval, and apply user-defined rules to govern where and which messages are stored.
PaperVision® Enterprise Tools for PaperVision Enterprise and ImageSilo®: These solutions provide out-of-the-box integration with Microsoft® Office applications, including Microsoft® Word, Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft PowerPoint®, Microsoft Outlook®, and Microsoft® Windows Explorer. By implementing PaperVision® Enterprise Tools, users can upload files directly and control document versions using Microsoft Office toolbars and menus.
PaperVision® Enterprise Directory Manager: This module automates the import and indexing of documents from any source media — including multi-function devices, network-attached scanners, and photocopiers.
PaperVision® Enterprise Report Management: PaperVision Enterprise Report Management processes, organizes, indexes, and displays print streams in easy-to-read electronic reports. This solution makes data more accessible and easier to manage by providing the abilities to print, fax, and distribute in an electronic format.

PaperVision® Xpress: This solution is a light version of PaperVision Enterprise that provides features for retrieving, displaying, and distributing stored documents. This desktop-based application ensures network security, enables workgroup solutions, and supports more than 250 file types.
PaperVision® Enterprise Advanced Administration Pack: This module enables secure, remote administration through any internet-accessible workstation. Its replication capabilities place backup, scalability, and redundancy capabilities at your fingertips — even through third-party applications.
ECM systems can deliver content using a variety of options, including print, email, web sites, and portals. Data can be delivered as XML files, PDF files, or image files, or in groups or batches of data. The solutions from Digitech Systems include capabilities for data migration and automated backup.
PaperVision® Distribution Assistant: Use this component to distribute files and an embedded standalone viewer to external media. This self-contained viewer enables recipients who are not running PaperVision Enterprise to search for, view, and print the files without installing additional software.
Data Transfer Manager: Data Transfer Manager and its associated service, the Data Transfer Service, provide a robust, automated toolset for quickly and securely transmitting enterprise content. Transfer the original files, or compress data into package files, which are structured to match the directory structure of the original files and contain all documents and full-text data in the original files. For added security, package files can be encrypted.
